Here is written, Stranger, a tale
for thee-- that thou may learn of a mighty quest. A tale for thee to tell thy children; a tale of courage, ne'er to be
forgotten, lest that Vile Beast rise again, to cast fear into the hearts of all good men.

Legend says that 'neath these mountains lies the lair of a Dragon... |
Welcome, fellow traveler of stout heart.
Sit by the fire, and I'll fetch thee a grog. You are about to hear the tales of a noble man, his lady true, and
his steadfast steed on their chosen quest to slay a mighty dragon in the hills of a far-off kingdom called Deal's
Gap.

...and the beast's fiery breath fills the dale with smoke. |
The Tale--
'Twas a midsummer's morn in Central Pennsylvania as Virago,
the noble steed, restlessly hooved the ground in anticipation of the journey ahead.
He knew of the oncoming assault , and of his vital role in the battle plan. His fate was to swiftly carry,
through mountain and dale, the warrior to his chosen quest.
Four days journey to the south, resting in some unknown mountain lair in the Kingdom
of Deals Gap, was a Dragon, sprawled across eleven miles, lying in wait for yet another challenger of lesser heart, whose
blood would quench the beast's thirst.....
